01How much does a 30-seat bus cost in Dubai?
Our 30-Seat Bus is quoted from AED 700–1,100 per day depending on route, duty hours and season. The rate already includes the chauffeur, fuel and Salik tolls.
02Are fuel and Salik tolls included in the price?
Yes. Every AED rate we quote covers the driver, fuel and Salik tolls. Intercity mileage is built in, and venue parking fees are passed through at cost.
03Is a driver always included, or can I self-drive?
Every rental is a private charter with a licensed, uniformed UAE chauffeur. We do not offer self-drive buses.
04What is the minimum booking duration?
Four hours within Dubai. Airport transfers and intercity trips are quoted instead as fixed point-to-point rates.
05Do you offer monthly rentals?
Yes. Monthly retainers reserve a vehicle and a named driver for your organisation, billed monthly on a 10-hour daily duty. Rates are quoted per route once we know your duty hours.
06What size vehicles do you have?
From a 7-seater family car up to a 53-seat luxury coach, across three categories: vans and MPVs, minibuses and coasters, and luxury coaches.
07Which vehicle should I choose for my group?

08Do you cover emirates outside Dubai?
Yes. We are Dubai-based in Deira and operate UAE-wide, including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Al Ain.
09Are your drivers licensed and your vehicles insured?
All drivers hold UAE licences for the class of vehicle they operate, and every vehicle carries full comprehensive insurance and live GPS tracking.
10Do you handle airport pickups with flight tracking?
Yes. Group airport transfers from DXB, DWC, AUH and SHJ include flight monitoring, name-board meet and greet and luggage handling, so delayed arrivals don't cost you a rebooking.
11How far in advance should I book?
48 hours is comfortable for most groups. For GITEX, Gulfood and the wedding season we recommend booking two to three weeks ahead.
12Can you invoice a company?
Yes. We issue UAE tax invoices with TRN, and offer 30-day credit terms on retainer accounts.
13What is on board the vehicles?
Full-cabin air conditioning, bottled water and phone charging as standard, with luggage capacity listed per vehicle on each fleet card.
14Can a coach reach my venue?
Many Downtown, Marina and Palm Jumeirah driveways cap height at around 3.2 metres, so full-height coaches may drop on the street. Share your venue's coach-bay instructions and we'll advise the right tier.

How to book the right bus in Dubai

Choosing a bus rental in Dubai starts with three numbers rather than one: how many passengers travel, how much luggage they carry, and how long the journey runs. A 30-seat coaster will seat a wedding party comfortably but struggles with thirty airport suitcases, while a 35-seat coach with a hold solves the luggage problem and costs only slightly more per day. For journeys longer than an hour — Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah — reclining seats and onboard storage stop being a luxury and start being the difference between a group that arrives ready and one that arrives tired.

The second decision is access. Many Downtown, Marina and Palm Jumeirah venues cap driveway height at around 3.2 metres, so full-height coaches must drop passengers on the street. Ask your venue for coach-bay instructions before you book, and share them with your operator.
