Venue or hotel parking is passed on at cost, extra time beyond the agreed duty is billed as overtime, and trips outside Dubai are quoted as one fixed total. Bookings inside Dubai start from a minimum of four hours, which suits half-day events and city transfers. Full-day hire covers conferences, weddings and sightseeing days with the coach on standby between stops. Airport transfers and intercity trips are priced as fixed point-to-point rates, so a DXB or DWC arrival or a Dubai to Abu Dhabi journey has a clear total agreed in advance.

For airport groups where each passenger has a large case, the luggage bay is usually the deciding factor, so share your bag count when you ask for a quote.
