You share your staff pickup points, work locations, shift times and headcount. We plan the route, suggest a vehicle size and send a written monthly quote. Once agreed, the same driver and vehicle run the route each working day, so your team knows who to expect and where to wait. Headcounts, stops and timings are reviewed with your HR or admin team each month, and changes can be made when your rota changes.
Smaller teams usually fit a 15-seat van, mid-size groups a 20–24 seat minibus, and larger shifts a 30-seat bus. Where staff are spread across several pickup areas, two smaller vehicles on separate routes can be quicker than one large bus doing a long loop. We recommend a size based on your actual headcount and stops, not the biggest vehicle available.
Contracts can cover a single morning and evening office run, split shifts, or several shift changes in a day. Routes can stay inside Dubai or connect Dubai with Sharjah, Ajman and other emirates for staff who live outside the city. Pickup times and route stops are confirmed in writing before the contract starts.
To price a staff route, send the number of staff, pickup areas, work location, shift start and finish times, working days per month and the contract start date. A quote on WhatsApp is the fastest way to start, and we reply with a vehicle recommendation and a monthly total.
Routes work best with a small number of agreed pickup points near staff accommodation, such as a building entrance or main road stop, rather than door-to-door collection for every employee. We order the stops to keep travel time reasonable and confirm each pickup time in writing. If staff live in very different areas, splitting into two routes usually saves more time than one long loop.
Many teams live in Sharjah or Ajman and work in Dubai, so routes can cross emirates where needed. Peak-hour traffic on these corridors is planned into the pickup times. When headcount, shift times or work location change, tell us in advance and we update the route, vehicle size and monthly quote.
