What compliant labour transport looks like in the UAE
Air conditioning is the minimum, not the standard. A short guide to specifying worker transport correctly.

Practical Dubai group transport guidance based on real vehicle tiers and booking patterns.

Worker transport is regulated for good reason, and the penalties for non-compliance fall on the contracting company as much as the operator. Seated capacity must match the licence, and every passenger needs a proper seat with a belt.
Ask any operator for three documents before signing: vehicle registration matching the seat count, passenger insurance certificate, and driver licence class. If any of the three is slow to appear, keep looking.
Route planning matters too. Split long site runs so no worker spends more than 90 minutes each way, and schedule around midday heat restrictions during summer months.
