The drive is roughly 140 km and takes 90 minutes in clear conditions. Leaving Dubai between 07:00 and 09:00, or returning between 17:00 and 19:00, adds 30 to 45 minutes on the E11.
Full-day charters are the better value if your group has more than one stop. A return-only booking looks cheaper until the driver has to be re-dispatched for an unplanned museum visit.
Bring the venue's coach-parking instructions. ADNEC, the Grand Mosque and Yas Island each have designated coach bays that are not obvious from the main entrance, and drivers save real time when they are told in advance.
